A collection and distribution app, built not just to view and download pdfs, but streamlined for advisors to share designated links to curated selections of investment material.

Requirements
Store, save and easily locate document(s) for download, more importantly, share with fellow internal advisors and associated clients via designated link.

Solution
Two options for search flexibility: (1) A robust search, and (2) a set of top filters for a deep dive, returning minimal, more accurate results. New feature and fix added: allow users to save specific search results with a designated link shareable with other approved members to access, review and/or download materials.

Results
Resolved more than ~75% of legal and compliance issues through the use of special controlled permissions. A UX victory for search usability & efficiency.
